No matter how many times your pro asks you for more hip turn or tries to explain shoulder turn in a different way, if these ranges aren't available to your body or accessible to your nervous system, not much is going to change. Increased rotation equals increased club speed equals increased distance. 

For every 1 mph increase in club head speed, 3 yards are added to your drive.
