Breathe: 10 full inhale/exhale form the bottom up

 

Dead Bug Holds 3 each side 10-15 seconds each

 

 

Bridge Holds 3 times ( start with protracted exhales)

 

90/90 position (presses and lifts)

 

Shoulder CARS 5 each side

AGILITY

Sprint Down/Backpedal Back 5X

STRENGTH

DB Single Arm Hinge to Press 4X5 (recover as much as you need to successfully completely your next set)

 

Single Leg Extended Bridges 3X8  (recover as much as you need to successfully completely your next set)

 

Perform exercise A followed immediately by exercise B then rest for 90-120 seconds and repeat again for 3 rounds.

A. Facepull 3X8-10

B. Alternating Incline Dumbell Chest Press 3 X 8-10

 

Stir the Pot as many circles as you can maintain good form thru clockwise and counter clockwise.
