Rest at least 90 seconds in between sets

Cable Punch
4 sets of 10-12 reps
Rest at least 90 seconds in between sets

Face Pull
4 sets of 8-10 reps
Rest at least 90 seconds in between sets

Sideplank
3 holds for as long as possible
